Supported Lifestyle Service are proud to work in partnership with Geneva Healthcare to assist those people in the local community who are receiving ACC funding, to access their community, achieve their goals and live a life of their choice and control.

Through the use of our combined skills, experience and expertise we collaborate together to streamline access to the specific services including a range of options that are more specific to the clients individualised needs, whether the persons need is from a clinical perspective or disability support perspective our combined ability allows the people we support to have a range of options that supports their individual needs.
